Description
  • Deliver technical instruction on aircraft maintenance, including airframe, powerplant, avionics, operations, and inspection.
  • Deliver Engine Ground Run (EGR) simulator training, as required.
  • Prepare and facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Develop and adapt training materials and instructional approaches to support diverse learning needs.
  • Develop and administer examinations and assessments aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, certifications, and training outcomes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical training and courseware development across aircraft platforms.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safety-focused learning environment.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in courseware development or instructional design.

Base Pay Range

Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.

Salary Band: $91,000 to $113,700 CAD
