Full Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW

Mitchell & Ness is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the full concept-to-consumer GTM journey, anchoring the sell-in calendar and weekly cross-functional sync while keeping Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, and Sales aligned at every stage. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who thrives on structure, drives clarity across a sprawling multi-stage pipeline, and serves as the trusted source of truth for every product, drop, collab, and key moment from concept through launch. The Product Operations Manager delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
  • Partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Sales Ops, and DAM ownership teams to ensure every stakeholder is aligned on milestones, dates, and readiness at every stage of the pipeline.
  • Run the weekly DTC/GTM Cross-Functional Sync - setting the agenda, chasing owner updates across the full concept-to-consumer timeline, and driving open items to closure rather than status updates.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across functions, translating operational detail for both executive leadership and functional teams through clear, recurring readiness reporting.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
  • Own and publish the rolling 90-day sell-in calendar, keeping wholesale and DTC partners aligned on dates and readiness so the right product reaches the right channel at the right moment.
  • Run Consumer Launch Readiness tracking to confirm marketing, sales enablement, and asset delivery are in place ahead of key moments and collabs - ensuring fans experience launches seamlessly.
  • Coordinate final asset and readiness material delivery to Retailer and Ecomm channels on schedule, closing the loop from concept to consumer.
  • Track key moments and collabs against the full concept-to-consumer timeline, flagging conflicts or gaps before they become fan-facing disruptions.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
  • Maintain and continuously improve calendar and tracking infrastructure in Monday.com - building views, automations, and reporting that keep stakeholders self-serve at every stage of the pipeline.
  • Apply AI tools (e.g. Claude) to accelerate calendar builds, reporting, and workflow automation, reducing manual overhead and improving the speed and quality of cross-functional coordination.
  • Identify process gaps across the concept-to-consumer pipeline and design scalable operational solutions before they become recurring fire drills.
  • Translate complex, multi-stage GTM workflows into simple, trusted sources of truth accessible to stakeholders at every level.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
  • Build, maintain, and publish the rolling sell-in and consumer launch readiness calendar across all categories, anchored to upstream concept and development milestones.
  • Coordinate CAD-to-image workflows feeding Merch Boards, sales email blasts, and DAM delivery in partnership with Imagery and Product Development teams.
  • Help oversee in-line calendar day-to-day operations, ensuring no milestone slips through the cracks across any category or launch.
  • Prepare recurring readiness reporting and fill-in materials for leadership and cross-functional partners, covering the full pipeline from concept through consumer delivery.
AI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY

We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in GTM, sales/marketing operations, project management, or a comparable cross-functional coordination role.
  • Proven ability to own and run a recurring meeting cadence with multiple stakeholders, driving meetings to outcomes and decisions rather than status updates.
  • Strong organizational instincts with demonstrated comfort owning a calendar that an entire cross-functional organization depends on.
  • Working fluency in Monday.com or a comparable project and work management platform, including views, automations, and reporting configuration.
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI tools (e.g. Claude) for calendar builds, reporting, and workflow automation.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate operational detail for both executive leadership and functional teams.
