seeks a skilled and highly motivated
Colorectal Surgeon to lead our Division of Colorectal Surgery. Leading a team of three surgeons and three advanced practice providers, the ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a commitment to education, and a passion for advancing the field of colorectal surgery through research and innovation. Surgical experience in open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery and a willingness to contribute to the care of patients with cancer, inflammatory bowel, anorectal, and other diseases are ideal. The successful candidate will also have a track record as a leader, with visibility in regional and national surgical societies and demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication skills and in mentoring surgical residents and junior faculty.
Candidates must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, have completed training in general surgery in an ACGME-accredited residency, and have completed an accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship. The ideal candidate will have a track record of accomplishment in academic surgery that will enable them to be appointed at the rank of Associate Professor or full Professor at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.

Minimum Requirements:- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
