Job Title: Collibra Data Architect
Location: Reston
Clearance Requirement: Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility with willingness to take a CI Poly
*Compensation Range: $120K - $182K
What You'll Do:
- Collibra Architecture Management: Manage the Collibra architecture across FedRAMP, Development, Test, and Production environments. Create, modify, and delete asset types, attributes, and relationships across all 4 environments, ensuring synchronization as appropriate. Maintain allowable values for selection-based attributes across classified and unclassified environments, and develop clear, concise definitions for asset types, attributes, and relationships.
- Migration: Migrate asset types, attributes, relationships, dashboards, validations, groups, and roles between environments.
- Development & Validation: Develop groovy-based validation scripts for attributes and relationships to ensure completeness and accuracy of data entered via forms or manual entry. Perform functionality testing of new installations of Collibra across environments.
- Data Modeling: Develop and populate the meta-metadata model (MMDM) to enable mapping of Collibra asset types, attributes, and relationships to other systems (Xacta, Atlas, and MARS) as well as to documentation templates (DMP). Track the creation and modification of DDC assets, attributes, and relationships.
- Requirements & Workflows: Work with users and Metadata Managers to gather business requirements for Workflows and DDC modifications. Perform testing of workflows.
- Training: Develop and provide training and presentations to users and management regarding Collibra as implemented within the DIA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements:
- US Citizen
- 20 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

- Doctoral Degree: Requires 10 years of experience (10 years credited)
- Master's Degree: Requires 14 years of experience (6 years credited
- Bachelor's Degree: Requires 16 years of experience (4 years credited)
- Associate's degree: Requires 18 years of experience (2 years credited)
- High School Diploma / No Degree: Requires 20 years of experience
Certifications Needed: Security+
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of various development environments and languages (Java/Groovy/Python)
- Knowledge of Collibra or other Governance tools
- Knowledge of IC/DIA environment

*Compensation: Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's specific blend of experience, qualifications, and performance location. Salaries or compensation for part-time roles may be prorated or adjusted based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Position:
This is a full-time position and workdays are Monday through Friday. Specific work hours are established with Team Lead. Work location may vary, including onsite requirements which are outlined in the requirements and confirmed with Team Lead.
