JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Cofounder & CEO to lead the launch and growth of a new venture focused on Industrial Bottleneck Intelligence. You will be responsible for taking the concept from a validated idea to a scaled production powerhouse. While you run the entire company, Interplay provides the institutional "back-office" to help you succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the development of a new company.
- Define company strategy & vision.
- Develop the go-to-market strategy and operational model.

- Have relevant industry experience.
- Have direct experience building or commercializing data, analytics, market-intelligence, alternative-data, supply-chain, industrial-research, or AI-enabled intelligence products.
- Are credible with hedge funds, public-market investors, asset managers, private equity firms, venture investors, corporate strategy teams, and other sophisticated buyers of investment intelligence.
- Understand one or more relevant domains such as defense, industrials, energy infrastructure, grid equipment, semiconductors, critical materials, advanced manufacturing, logistics, or supply-chain risk.
- Have demonstrated experience raising institutional or venture capital; prior leadership in a successfully exited VC-backed company is strongly preferred.
- Are hyper-organized.
- Have the ability to work well in an unstructured environment.
- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
