INCUMBENTS ONLYLocations: Altus AFB
Manages C-17 CLS operations and assigned personnel.
Coordinates personnel, schedules, resources, and CLS activities to meet contract requirements.
Assigns work and monitors quality, cost, schedule, and progress.
Serves as the primary liaison with government representatives, customers, and the Prime Contractor Management Team.
Ensures required documentation, reports, and contract deliverables are completed.
Coordinates with department managers to ensure adequate personnel and resources are available.
Supports CLS quality assurance, security, and information assurance requirements.
Attends required program meetings and provides status updates.
Maintains a safe and secure work environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7 years of recent management experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Previous experience in aviation, simulator maintenance, field service, maintenance, or logistics management is preferred.
C-17 experience and knowledge of military or defense operations is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
Must be capable of working effectively in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
Must be willing to work any shift, including one weekend per month as required.
