Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Cloud Systems Administrator to provide hands-on administration and technical support across Windows and Linux cloud environments, including systems operating at multiple classification levels. You'll harden and patch production systems, build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, and troubleshoot issues directly with customers when something breaks.

What You'll Own:

• Technical support for cloud-based systems and applications, including root-cause analysis and issue escalation as needed
• Day-to-day administration, hardening, and patching of Windows and Linux systems across supported cloud environments
• Infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code development (primarily Ansible) supporting provisioning and ongoing operations
• IAM policy configuration and Active Directory/Group Policy administration for customer environments
• Vulnerability scanning and patch deployment in coordination with the cybersecurity team
• Direct customer-facing troubleshooting and support, from onboarding through day-to-day issue resolution

What You'll Deliver:

• Hardened, patched, and documented system configurations across supported cloud environments
• Working infrastructure/configuration-as-code scripts and templates, stored and maintained in the customer's repository
• Timely vulnerability scan results and remediation actions, documented and communicated to stakeholders
• Accurate, current customer environment records - accounts, access, and tracking/database entries
• Resolved tickets with clear documentation of root cause and resolution

Here's What You Need:

• 2+ years of systems administration and automation experience (Windows and/or Linux, PowerShell and/or Bash scripting), including experience building and deploying software
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 4+ years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degree
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+, CISSP, CASP, or equivalent), or DoD 8140 equivalent

Bonus Points If You Have:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience in a DevSecOps environment - configuration management tooling, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Experience with Nessus vulnerability scanning, Jira Service Management/JQL, or Microsoft IAM/Group Policy administration
• Familiarity with Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructure
• Familiarity with National Security systems and air-gapped environments

Security Clearance:

• Active TS clearance required; SCI preferred

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
