Full Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer specializing in cloud solutions for complex cloud-based infrastructures at multiple classification levels. What you'll do: • Architect and implement cloud environments across multiple enclaves • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams • Optimize performance and ensure scalability of containerized environments • Maintain high availability of containerized applications • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications • Monitor and troubleshoot containerized environments • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in containerization and cloud technologies • Contribute to the continuous improvement of new applications and practices • Ensure security best practices are followed when implementing new applications in secure environments • Automate deployment and scaling processes • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for introduced applications What you'll need: • 3 years of experience with deploying, managing, and/or securing applications in a cloud environment • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g.: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI) • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g.: Python, Bash, or PowerShell) • Experience with AWS • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g.: Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack) • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g.: Terraform or Ansible) • Experience with different AWS IaaS services • DoD 8140 compliance (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) Bonus Points If: • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience • Knowledge of security best practices in containerized environments • Experience with Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment • Experience in SAP and Collateral Information Systems (IS) • AWS Professional or Associate certification • Experience with multiple cloud environments, to include Oracle • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Clearance: Must have a TS/SCI level clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
