• Assist with troubleshooting cloud-related issues impacting applications, users, or downstream systems.
• Partner with Cloud Engineers to validate new deployments and ensure operational readiness before handoff.
• Partner with Infrastructure Security Engineers to ensure security controls are operating as intended.
• Document operational procedures, configurations, and resolutions to improve repeatability and reduce escalation load.
• Participate in incident reviews and contribute to improvements in runbooks, monitoring, and response processes.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• Ability to follow standards while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
• AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent cloud operations experience, certifications, and demonstrated outcomes are accepted in lieu of a degree.
Preferences:
• Experience supporting environments in regulated industries (e.g., PBM, healthcare, financial services).
