Clinical Support Supervisor (BCBA)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Support Supervisor (BCBA) to provide mentorship, training, and operational support to Clinical Supervisors across our organization. This unique leadership role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys developing future leaders, strengthening clinical practices, and driving meaningful impact across multiple teams and locations.

What You'll Do

Clinical Leadership & Support

    • Promote consistency in clinical practices, supervision, documentation, and service delivery across supported clinics.
    • Provide temporary clinical coverage and support to ensure continuity of care and medically necessary treatment.
    • Mentor and coach Clinical Supervisors while supporting ethical and high-quality clinical decision-making.
    • Identify barriers affecting quality, client outcomes, or clinic operations and collaborate on effective solutions and transition plans.
    • Support organizational initiatives focused on clinical quality and continuous improvement.

  • Training & Mentorship
    • Provide individualized onboarding, mentorship, and coaching for newly hired Clinical Supervisors.
    • Reinforce training through modeling, feedback, and guided problem-solving.
    • Support skill development in areas including:
      • Clinical supervision
      • Caseload management
      • Treatment planning
      • Documentation standards
      • Caregiver engagement
      • Clinical leadership
    • Deliver structured trainings and recurring learning opportunities.
    • Identify common development trends and collaborate with leadership to improve training programs and resources.


Collaboration & Quality Improvement

    • Partner with Clinical Operations and Clinical Practices leaders on training, quality, and development initiatives.
    • Participate in calibration meetings, special projects, and quality improvement efforts.
    • Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Travel to clinic locations as needed to provide in-person coaching, support, and consultation.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
