Clinical Supervisor II

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• 2 years of direct service experience in behavioral health, including supervisory experience.
• Washington State Mental Health Professional designation required.
• One of several specific Washington State licenses required (LMHC, LICSW, LASW, LMFT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, with advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach direct report staff.
• Support staff growth and development through education and training opportunities.
• Review and monitor clinical records and staff productivity.
• Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and orientation processes.
• Serve as a liaison to community agencies and organizations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to coordinate contracts with outside providers.
• Maintain limited direct patient care including therapeutic counseling.
