Southcentral Alaska | Onsite | Full-time or part-time | Open to candidates relocating from the Lower 48
About the OpportunityWe are partnered with a well-established Alaska nonprofit on a confidential search for a Clinical Supervisor at its behavioral health treatment center. This is the clinical backbone of the program: the licensed clinician who supervises the treatment team, holds the quality standard, and keeps a reduced caseload so they never lose touch with the work itself.
You will collaborate closely with the treatment center's Administrator to make sure every client moves through a safe, empowering continuum of care, and you will report into a newly restructured clinical leadership team that is building, not maintaining. For a clinician who is ready to shape how a whole team practices, this is the seat.
About the OrganizationThe organization is one of the larger human services providers in its region, with a multi-decade history, a diversified base of public and private funding, and a broad portfolio of programs serving thousands of individuals and families each year. The treatment center addresses mental health and substance use disorders through evidence-based treatment, in the least restrictive environment possible, in collaborative partnership with clients.
The organization leads with empathy, autonomy, and psychological safety, integrates services so people get what they need without running a gauntlet, and keeps improving programs in ways that center humanity, dignity, and ethical practice. Wins are celebrated, creativity is encouraged, and staff feel trusted, respected, and safe.
