Job description

Responsibilities include
  • Support our sales team in providing clinical support with customer interactions for Umano Medical product demonstrations, bed/equipment fairs, conferences, and special presentations
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our customers and market trends to adapt training and clinical approaches
  • Improve current and develop future clinically related training and education programs for both our internal team as well as our customers
  • Share clinical expertise, experiences and knowledge with the marketing, sales, service, and R&D teams
  • Participate in new product development by giving insights and feedback to our R&D and marketing teams based on clinical background and knowledge
  • Participate in the formulation of and new product market introduction efforts
  • Assist in tenders and new contract proposals to provide clinical guidance and insight
  • Ability to travel in the US, Canada and internationally if required


Profile

The profile we're looking for
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Experience as a registered nurse in the US, working in ICU/CCU departments
  • Well versed in ICU/CCU equipment, workflow, and standards with awareness of current challenges and future trends
  • Involvement with and/or awareness of professional organizations within your profession is a plus
  • Familiarity and/or experience with reviewing/interpreting clinical research (publications, white papers, posters, TRIALS, clinical evaluations, etc.) within your profession is a plus
  • Previous clinical specialist or marketing/sales role is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and in writing
  • Microsoft suite knowledge
