- Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Chester, Connecticut
- Hours: 40 hours paid per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only (extremely flexible schedule)
- Role: 100% office-based ambulatory primary care - all ages
- Call Schedule: Established call group of physicians and APP's - Averages 3 weeks per year
- Academic Opportunities: Ample academic opportunities to precept medical students and residents
- EPIC with Dragon, Ambient AI note writer, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal

Position Summary
Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our welcoming, established primary care practice in Chester, Connecticut.

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family / Internal Medicine.
- A minimum of two years of experience in primary care.
