Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
5+ years of experience in mental health services, particularly in educational settings
Strong understanding of California Education Codes and Board of Behavioral Sciences regulations
Proven ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff
Responsibilities

Job Summary
Under the administrative supervision of the Director of Mental Health Services Programs, the Clinical Services Supervisor ensures clinical supervision requirements set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences while adhering to and ensuring alignment with applicable Education Codes. This role provides direct individual and group supervision, as well as mental health care to assigned students at the designated school location(s) and consultation services to district staff to promote mental health objectives of both individual schools and the district as a whole.
