About The Team

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) reports to the Clinical Sales Manager/Director and is directly accountable for full territory revenue performance, programmatic growth, and strategic account expansion.

This is a quota-carrying, outside sales role with full territory ownership. The CSR leads territory strategy, drives system adoption, increases case volume, expands account footprint, and builds executive alignment to deliver sustained commercial success.

The CSR operates as an independent commercial leader within their geography.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver against full territory revenue quota.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory growth strategy.
  • Drive utilization growth, expansion initiatives, and new account penetration.
  • Lead all clinical adoption efforts to accelerate pathway-to-proficiency and ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to support service line strategy and long-term expansion.
  • Conduct structured quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain disciplined and accurate territory forecasting.
  • Identify competitive threats and proactively protect and expand market share.
  • Independently prospect and convert expansion opportunities.

Scope & Expectations:
  • Full ownership of territory revenue performance.
  • Responsible for strategic account prioritization and growth allocation.
  • Engages both clinical and executive stakeholders independently.
  • Expected to manage complex health systems and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
  • Maintains strong field presence (4-5 days/week).

About You, Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred.
  • Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%

About You, Preferred
  • Experience selling highly technical, disruptive medical technology.
  • Experience with pulmonary, thoracic oncology, radiology, and endoscopy procedures and call points.
  • Experience differentiating a technical product in a highly competitive environment.
  • Exposure to program launches or training programs.
  • Early stage/startup commercial experience.
  • CRM and data tracking experience
