JOB SUMMARYThe Clinical RN Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, managing, and evaluating the operation and activities of the respective clinic by demonstrating leadership skills, fiscal budgetary responsibility, appropriate clinical practice and patient advocacy. Coordinates the delivery of direct and indirect nursing care, along with providing quality care for our patients ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications:Education- Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- BSN or MSN preferred .
Experience- One (1) year of charge responsibility and one (1) year of experience in this clinical area.
- Five (5) or more years of outpatient experience in the clinical area applying to work preferred .
Licensure, Certification, Registration- Current, unrestricted License in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain and maintain department specific certifications.
- Certification as a wound specialist required.
