Full Job Description
Diversified Rehabilitation Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Registered Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team supporting clients across Kelowna and Lake Country, British Columbia.

This permanent full-time opportunity focuses on providing specialized psychological services to first responders, veterans, and individuals experiencing operational stress injuries (OSI), trauma-related conditions, workplace psychological injuries, and complex mental health challenges.

As part of a collaborative clinical environment, you will deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment services while working alongside an integrated team of rehabilitation and healthcare professionals. The role combines independent clinical practice with multidisciplinary collaboration and offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful recovery outcomes for clients facing high-impact psychological challenges.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and psychometric testing interpretation; delivering evidence-based individual and group therapy including EMDR, CBT, and trauma-focused interventions; developing individualized treatment plans; preparing psychological reports supporting disability management and return-to-work planning; participating in interdisciplinary case reviews and care coordination; and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
