CompensationEmployee:$95,725.50 - $117,000 annually plus comprehensive health and wellness benefits and performance bonus opportunities.
Compensation is based on education, experience, specialized training, skills, and internal equity.
Contractor: Competitive fee-split arrangement available.
Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking
Registered Psychologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological services and helping clients achieve lasting recovery.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and report-writing skills
- Experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, or occupational mental health concerns
Training and experience in one or more of the following trauma-focused modalities is considered an asset:
- Prolonged Exposure (PE)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
If you're earlier in your trauma-treatment journey but have a strong interest in this area, we provide specialized training, mentorship, and ongoing clinical support to help you develop your expertise.
What You'll DoAs a Clinical Psychologist, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments and intake interviews
- Develop individualized treatment and return-to-work plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Prepare comprehensive clinical reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with referral sources and other stakeholders, as appropriate
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, Physicians, Kinesiologists, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Support clients in achieving meaningful functional, psychological, and vocational outcomes
