Job Summary: Nova Biomedical is seeking a
Clinical Product Manager, NovaNet Connectivity Platform to join the Global Clinical Business team. This pivotal, global role will act as a • mini-CEO• for NovaNet, owning all business aspects of the platform and leading its transformation to meet evolving customer needs.
The Clinical Product Manager will focus on strengthening the NovaNet ecosystem, increasing customer adoption and retention, and positioning the platform as a key selling point for Nova Biomedical's connected Critical Care and Point-of-Care devices. Success in this role requires strategic vision, customer focus, strong execution, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities, make decisions, and take accountability for results
Responsibilities: - Champion the voice of the customer by gathering and translating customer needs, feedback, and market insights into platform improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Engage directly with users of NovaNet and competitive platforms to define market and user requirements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements.
- Prioritize platform features and enhancements that deliver meaningful customer value and support business objectives.
- Develop five-year strategic plans for the NovaNet Connectivity Platform.
- Create and manage ROI-driven product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Finance to prepare robust business cases supporting product investments and strategic initiatives.
- Develop compelling product positioning to support successful market adoption.
- Anticipate customer objections and create strategies and materials to address them effectively.
- Develop detailed customer profiles to support product commercialization and market adoption.
- Lead market sizing, market share analysis, and comprehensive research focused on clinical software and connectivity platforms.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen NovaNet as an essential solution that enhances the value of Nova Biomedical's connected Critical Care and Point-of-Care devices.
- Conduct detailed competitive assessments and maintain a strong understanding of competing platforms, market trends, and customer needs.
- Equip the Sales team with actionable competitive insights, product positioning, and strategies that differentiate NovaNet.
- Drive continuous platform improvements and the introduction of new features.
- Manage planned product and feature obsolescence throughout the platform lifecycle.
- Analyze win/loss data to identify trends and recommend actions that strengthen product positioning and commercial performance.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of NovaNet's current and evolving capabilities.
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to influence cross-functional collaboration and product decisions.
- Build trusted relationships, communicate with impact, manage risks, and prioritize effectively.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance, financial results, and customer value.
Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
- 2 to 5+ years of product management experience involving software platforms in healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated success transforming products or platforms to meet customer needs and increase adoption.
- Direct experience with hospital core laboratory and point-of-care settings and an understanding of their unique requirements.
- Experience gathering customer insights and translating market and user needs into product requirements.
- Experience developing product strategies, multiyear roadmaps, market requirements, and business cases.
- Experience partnering with R&D and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Understanding of product positioning, commercialization, competitive analysis, market research, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience conducting market sizing, market share analysis, customer research, and competitive assessments.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with R&D, Finance, Sales, and other global business partners.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage risks and changing business needs.
- Ability to use data and financial insights to guide product decisions and optimize performance.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence in software platforms preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take accountability for results.

Work Location: Waltham, Ma
Targeted Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000
