$94,556.80 - $124,176.00

Position Overview
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Support organizational shared governance structure. Mentors staff and leaders in shared governance practice. Attends shared governance meetings to provide guidance and support with project development and outcome identification.
  • Support recognition of clinical staff and clinical initiatives. Collaborates with departmental leadership in the development of recognition program. Serves as resource to support external recognition/designation programs.
  • Participate in clinical research and evidence-based practice initiatives. Promotes participation in clinical research and evidence-based practice projects by staff at levels. Promotes dissemination of clinical programs and projects at internal and external conferences and publications.
  • Participate in the analysis of quality data metrics and development of programs to improve outcomes. Assists in maintaining databases and identifying benchmarks as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to drive clinical practice to achieve optimal outcomes. Promotes evidence-based practice by demonstrating a commitment to quality patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Participate in educational initiatives to promote shared governance, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Master's of science in nursing degree.
  • Experience: Three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Other Credentials: Registered Nurse - NJ
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong writing and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Special Training: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities: Must be able to manage a large amount of activity and several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Usual Work Day: Exempt Hours
