Job DescriptionThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for coordinating all clinical agency activities associated with pharmaceutical services and products.
Required Qualifications:- Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with didactic coursework and experiential rotations in pharmaceutical care.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
Preferred Qualifications:- PharmD or Post-graduate degree in pharmacy, Or
- Completion of a post-graduate pharmacy residency in geriatrics.
- Experience in clinical management, managed care and program development.
