Job SummaryThis position is responsible for performing activities associated with administration, development, and management of pharmacy care including but not limited to assisting with formulary, utilization management, specialty pharmacy management, medication therapy management, client support; and innovative clinical programs. Enhancing the operational efficiencies and financial impact via data-driven initiatives. Supporting advanced pharmacy practices with AI and machine learning.
Optimizing pharmacy systems, content updates, and utilizing automation tools. Constructing clinical decision support rules and achieving actionable insights to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. This position also assists in the development of predictive models to forecast medication trends, identify risks, and support value based care. Supporting population health, and targeted medication initiatives. Communicating insights and findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Pharmacist in (IL, NM or TX).
- Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet, and relational database software.
- Drug information skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; Pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of medication uses evaluation principles.
- Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required.
- Skills to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
- Understanding of care management workflows, medication safety, and informatics principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across clinical and technical teams.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: requires 3 days in office; 2 days remote

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.
Base Pay Range$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
