Summary

Job Description:

Clinical Staff Pharmacists are responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. Through various assignments within the department, they provide supportofcentralized and decentralized medication use systems as well as deliveroptimalmedication therapy to patients with a broad range of disease states. All pharmacistsare responsible fordrug preparation and distribution for medications; evaluating, inputting and verification of medication orders;assistingproviders and other health care professionals by serving as a drug information resource;monitoringand managing medication regimens per protocol or per consult; and managing pharmacy inventory.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree Required from accredited College of Pharmacy

Must be licensed by Indiana Board of Pharmacy
