We9re looking for a truly exceptional Clinical Operations Specialist to be the operational engine behind our in-person and in-home care in Los Angeles. This is the person who makes flawless care delivery look effortless: the equipment is set up and calibrated before the clinician arrives, the day9s schedule is sequenced and de-conflicted, supplies are stocked and accounted for, and nothing - ever - falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on, in-the-field role for someone with a clinical background (ideally a Registered Nurse) who is equal parts detail-obsessed operator and high-agency problem-solver. You will be trusted with significant autonomy. In exchange, we expect ownership: you see what needs to happen and you make it happen, often before anyone asks.
If you are the kind of person who is early, who triple-checks, who is energized rather than stressed by a full day across the city, and who takes personal pride in operational excellence, read on.
RequirementsPosition Responsibilities:Clinical setup & equipment:
- Transport, set up, calibrate, and break down medical and diagnostic equipment for in-home and on-site visits.
- Ensure every device is functional, charged, cleaned, and visit-ready before the clinician arrives, never the other way around.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues on the spot and own the resolution.
Scheduling & logistics:
- Build and manage daily and weekly schedules across multiple members, clinicians, and locations throughout LA.
- Sequence visits intelligently around geography, traffic, and clinical priority; proactively resolve conflicts and last-minute changes.
- Coordinate timing, access, and logistics so each visit runs precisely on schedule.
Inventory & asset tracking:
- Maintain meticulous tracking of equipment, supplies, samples, and consumables what we have, where it is, and what needs replenishing.
- Own par levels and reordering; never let a visit be compromised by a missing item.
- Manage chain-of-custody for specimens and sensitive materials with total accuracy.
Coordination & care support:
- Serve as a reliable, polished point of contact between members, clinicians, and the broader team.
- Prepare and organize materials, documentation, and follow-ups with precision.
- Anticipate the needs of the clinical team and the member experience, and stay a step ahead of both.

- High agency and proactive. You operate like an owner: you anticipate, you initiate, you close loops without being chased.
- Early, reliable, and unflappable. You9d rather be 15 minutes early than 1 minute late, and you stay calm and organized when the day gets chaotic.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a professional, discreet, member-first presence appropriate to a concierge environment.
- Comfortable driving across Los Angeles - valid CA driver9s license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends as member care requires.
