Pay Range: $81685 - $105710

- Lead daily clinical nutrition operations for a large account, system, or multiple contracts, overseeing both non-exempt and entry-level professional staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction by directing program execution and maintaining strong relationships.
- Implement operating standards, manage budgets, and drive quality improvement initiatives across departments.
- Promote best practices by staying current with nutrition research, trends, policies, and certifications.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sodexo and client policies.
- Support business growth by contributing to new service development and participating in strategic initiatives or special projects.

Requirements- Education Requirement:
- Master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
- OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor's degree meeting ACEND requirements.
- Management Experience: 1-2 years
- Related Experience: 1-3 years
- Credentials Requirement:
- Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
- Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
