Position SummaryThe Clinical Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical policies and procedures. This role plays a key part in promoting quality care, staff development, and efficient workflows.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to clinical nursing staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, administration, and other departments to coordinate patient services.
- Assist in developing and implementing clinical policies and quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor staffing levels and oversee scheduling to meet patient needs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring.
- Participate in budget planning and resource management.
- Serve as a role model and resource for clinical best practices.
Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
