Clinical Manager to oversee our clinical team in a dynamic outpatient pediatric therapy practice on Maui.

What You'll Do:- Inspire, Motivate, & Empower a diverse clinical team (OT, PT, SLP), ensuring high-quality care and performance
- Oversee daily operations, patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Support clinical excellence through observation, feedback, and training
- Implement and train staff on new technology platforms to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and best practices
- Partner with leadership to advance our mission, uphold core values, and support staff accountability with compassion
- Maintain a partial patient care caseload while leading and supporting the clinical team

What We're Looking For:We're seeking a
seasoned pediatric clinician with strong leadership capability and a passion for developing others. Our ideal candidate brings:
- 5+ years of pediatric experience in an outpatient setting
- 2+ years of clinical leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
- Confidence in clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting staff development, coaching, and retention
- Ability to hold team members accountable with kindness, clarity, and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with insurance, billing, and reimbursement in pediatrics
- Comfort with technology and training others on new systems
- Passion for family-centered care and helping children reach their highest potential
- Commitment to upholding and modeling the company's mission and core values
- Understanding of regulatory and ethical standards in pediatric therapy
Preferred Strengths (Not Required)- Experience with clinic budgeting or resource management
- Knowledge of ADA, IDEA, and pediatric therapy compliance standards
- Background in interdisciplinary collaboration across OT/PT/SLP/ABA teams
Salary Description
$95,000 - $107,000 per year
