Location: Wailuku, Maui, Hawai'i

What You'll Do:
  • Inspire, Motivate, & Empower a diverse clinical team (OT, PT, SLP), ensuring high-quality care and performance

  • Support clinical excellence through observation, feedback, and training
  • Implement and train staff on new technology platforms to improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance requirements, and best practices

We're seeking a seasoned pediatric clinician with strong leadership capability and a passion for developing others. Our ideal candidate brings:
  • 5+ years of pediatric experience in an outpatient setting
  • 2+ years of clinical leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience
  • Confidence in clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges

  • Experience supporting staff development, coaching, and retention
