Clinical Manager

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar.
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience.
• OASIS proficiency required for accurate patient assessments.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel locally as needed for field support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff to promote effective care.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and regulatory standards.
• Review documentation for accuracy and quality, including OASIS.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement performance improvements.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Coach clinicians to achieve professional growth and clinical excellence.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies and standards consistently.
