Position Summary
Play a key role in one of Northern Health's most significant capital projects by leading the integration of clinical practices, processes, and innovative care models into the UHNBC Acute Care Tower.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Planning Officer, the Clinical Lead leads in the planning of all activities associated with the implementation of assigned projects. The Clinical Lead provides clinical input into the design, build and implementation of the UHNBC Acute Care Tower (ACT) which is an integral part of NH's Strategic Plan and involves the incorporation of clinical processes to ensure consistency. The Clinical Lead works in partnership with all members of the Alliance Project Team. The Clinical Lead works in collaboration with all interested parties to ensure the planned and built environment is able to support the clinical service model and clinical service delivery expectations. The Clinical Lead collaborates with others who execute the implementation arising from the adoption of the new clinical practices and procedures for UHNBC ACT. The Clinical Lead provides support in assessing and responding to the impact of new design, technology and equipment and identifying opportunities to improve clinical practice and processes. In addition, the Clinical Lead is responsible for facilitating, in collaboration with others, the development and implementation of education, transition planning and training strategies to support clinicians through these changes.

The salary range for this position is $108,147 (min) to $135,184 (midpoint) to $155,461 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Northern Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.

Qualfications
• A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in a related health discipline such as Nursing, Allied Health Sciences or other relevant clinical discipline plus seven (7) years' experience in project management, change management and/or quality improvement initiatives, preferably in a health care setting or other equivalent experiences.

• Demonstrated oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management, process re-engineering and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in the use of a personal computer (PC) and applicable software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively plan and promote new service delivery models.
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing to stakeholders internal and external to the organization.
• Proven ability to work with an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated competence in cultural safety and humility, and experience working with Indigenous communities.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning and self-development.
• Risk awareness and risk management competencies.
