Full Job Description
Your CF year is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. Finding the right place to do it really matters!

This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of SLPs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your CF year.

Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships, one weekly patient evaluation to gain hands-on assessment experience, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.

Compensation

Clinical Fellows receive an hourly compensation rate of $36.50/hour with GUARANTEED pay regardless of cancellations! Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.
