Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment required.
• Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission accreditation standards preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff to ensure effective team performance.
• Ensure quality patient care through oversight of treatment practices.
• Oversee treatment planning and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Promote evidence-based clinical practices within the treatment program.
