Your ImpactAs a
Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through individualized nutrition care and education. Beyond direct patient care, you'll serve as a trusted nutrition expert within the healthcare team, partnering with physicians, nurses, therapists, and food service professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care.
Your expertise will influence not only nutritional outcomes but also patient satisfaction, quality initiatives, and the overall healing experience. Through collaboration, mentorship, and advocacy for nutrition-focused care, you'll help create a culture where food supports recovery and wellness.
What You'll Do- Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide nutrition interventions and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams during care conferences and discharge planning
- Recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and therapeutic diet standards
- Support patient satisfaction through collaboration with dining services
- Mentor dietetic interns, students, and new team members
- Contribute ideas and best practices that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall nutrition care experience.
What You'll Bring- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Current BLS Certification
- ServSafe Certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and whole-food nutrition
