Qualifications

• 6+ years in clinical data management, biostatistics, real-world evidence, or clinical operations.
• Deep hands-on experience in operational trial data, RWD, or core clinical trial data.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
• Ability to collaborate with engineers to convert domain knowledge into technical requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, structure, and integrity for your assigned domain.
• Apply clinical data standards to ensure structured and defensible data.
• Partner with Data Engineering to design data pipelines for your domain.
• Review and audit incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Mentor Clinical Data Engineers within your domain.
• Identify data quality risks early and lead resolution efforts.
