Job Description
The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership, direction, organization and administration of daily clinic operations primarily at our main campus clinic in Stillwater. This position works in collaboration with other clinic leaders and effectively develops relationships with staff, clinicians and other departments to ensure excellent patient experience as well as highly engaged employees. Developing highly competent and compassionate front-line staff through hiring, coaching, discipline, training, and career development is a primary focus of this position.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
*Current Wisconsin and Minnesota licensure and/or Border State Registration are required on the first day of employment. Licensure will be verified with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
