State of Wisconsin RN license or Physician Assistant License required
Master of Science degree or equivalent
National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification
ACLS certification preferred
3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP or PA strongly preferred
Responsibilities
Assist in delivering quality medical care
Work alongside clinical support staff to enhance patient outcomes
Collaborate with Clinic Operations director and supervising physicians
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
Administer treatments and medications as prescribed

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Sun Prairie Clinic. This position is a 0.8-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.
POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.
National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification.
