State of Wisconsin RN license or Physician Assistant license required.
Master of Science degree or equivalent necessary.
National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC) mandated.
State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification is crucial.
ACLS certification preferred but not mandatory.
3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP or PA is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team in our Columbus and Sun Prairie clinic locations. This position is a 0.8-1.0 FTE primarily working Monday - Friday, days. No weekends or holidays required.
POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care; working in conjunction with clinical support staff.
