Compensation: $85,000-$95,000 per year (pending experience)
Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus + profit sharing

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated
Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering an opportunity to guide a high-performing team while supporting clinic growth and operational excellence.
- Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based care
- Review referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions
- Supervise and mentor clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians
- Support complex patient cases through direct care as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and reports
- Develop and monitor individualized plans of care and treatment goals
- Promote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners
- Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance
- Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiatives
Qualifications- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in an autonomous outpatient setting
- Basic computer skills, including EMR systems and MS Office
- Experience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation preferred (or willingness to learn)
