Compensation & Incentives- Competitive Salary: $130,000 annually

- Lead, Inspire & Empower: Mentor and develop your team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
- Drive Clinic Success: Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics to support an efficient, high-performing clinic.
- Make Every Patient Count: Provide hands-on, evidence-based care while ensuring your team delivers the Second-to-None experience PRO-PT is known for.
- Build Meaningful Connections: Strengthen relationships with patients, referral partners, and community members to support clinic growth and engagement.
- Champion Excellence & Growth: Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives, maintain clinical and regulatory standards, and continuously elevate the patient and team experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit?The Essentials- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending California Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
- Ability to lead clinic operations while maintaining compliance with applicable healthcare regulations
