Job Description:
Position: Full-time Clinic Director - Physical Therapist
License Required: Yes – Active License as a Physical Therapist
Education Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Our Location: 133 Market Center Way, Daleville, VA 24083
Compensation Range: $93,000 - $126,000/per year
This position is eligible for additional compensation: Director bonus plan + student loanrepayment, sign-on bonus, or relocationassistance.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accreditedTherapy program with current or pending licensure in the respective state required.
- 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
