Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Lansing, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while leading a high-performing team.
As Clinic Director, you will combine hands-on patient treatment with operational leadership, staff development, and business growth initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.
Leadership & Operations- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on quality care.
- Monitor clinic productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members.
Business Development- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations.
- Promote clinic services and participate in local marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand patient access and grow clinic volume.
QualificationsRequired- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred- Previous Clinic Director, Center Manager, or leadership experience.
- Experience with budget management and clinic operations.
- Board Certification or advanced clinical specialization.
