Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services
- Transition into oversight of daily clinic operations and performance
- Lead and mentor clinical and front desk staff
- Optimize patient scheduling, flow, and clinic efficiency
- Build referral relationships with local physicians, employers, and community partners
- Track and drive key performance metrics with leadership support
- Maintain a positive, patient-first culture in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Illinois PT license (or eligibility)
- 2+ years of outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong interest in growing into a leadership role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy urban clinic setting
