Lead the Future of Advanced Practice at United Vein & Vascular Centers

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is looking for an experienced clinical leader to shape the future of Advanced Practice across one of the nation's fastest-growing vascular organizations. In this enterprise leadership role, you'll partner directly with physician leadership to build innovative education programs, elevate clinical excellence, and create scalable systems that empower Advanced Practice Providers to thrive. What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the enterprise strategy for APP practice, education, professional development, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with physician leadership to optimize care models that improve access, quality, and provider efficiency.
  • Design and oversee enterprise onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and continuing education programs.
  • Develop standardized clinical pathways, practice guidelines, and evidence-based care resources.
  • Build and mentor an enterprise APP Lead program that supports provider growth across all markets.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, documentation, and patient outcome metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach providers using performance data while partnering with physician leadership on peer review and professional development.
  • Represent APP leadership on enterprise initiatives and champion a culture rooted in UVVC's Core Values.

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
