(Annual Clinic Bonus Plan, Management + Fee For Service pay model is available)
Qualifications:
• Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIS.
• Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Completion of advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset.
• Passion for innovation, people development, and client-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes.
• Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization.
• Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency.
• Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth.
• Act as the clinic's primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
