Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.

Compensation
- Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year
Additional Compensation
- This position is also eligible for: bonus/commission/equity/overtime/student loan repayment/relocation assistance.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
