Clinic Director: Adolescent Mental Health | Launch AWA North CarolinaOn-site | North Carolina | Full-Time | $100K Base Salary + Yearly Bonus Incentives
The Role- Schedule: on-site, 12 PM to 8 PM
- Clinic size (1 year post launch): a focused clinic with a team of 5 to 10 and a census of about 25 clients
- Launch: hire, train, and build the team and programs from the ground up
- Clinical supervision: supervise and grow our clinicians, many of them early-career associates
- Clinical quality: lead treatment quality, crisis response, and level-of-care decisions
- Partnerships: build trust with families and referral partners across NC
- Compliance: keep documentation and accreditation on track
What You Bring- Independent NC clinical license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) and a clinical master's
- Clinical supervision experience (required): you've supervised and managed clinicians
- 5+ years in behavioral health
- Qualified Supervisor designation strongly preferred, so you can supervise our associate clinicians
- Adolescent PHP/IOP or program launch experience is a plus
