JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Executive Director in the Climate, Nature and Social (CN&S) Risk team, you drive the development and implementation of climate physical risk modeling strategies. You collaborate with stakeholders across risk, data, and technology teams to translate climate model outputs into actionable insights. You support the firm’s transition to a low-carbon economy and resilience to physical climate risks. You lead strategic initiatives and foster innovation in risk methodologies.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives within the physical risk team, coordinating with data, technology, and modeling teams
  • Drive execution by aligning stakeholders and delivering against roadmap milestones
  • Cultivate partnerships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with other risk teams to integrate physical risk data
  • Perform research on climate-related topics and design metrics to assess financial risk
  • Contribute to climate modeling initiatives, including scenario design and macroeconomic impact analysis
  • Deliver executive-ready narratives that communicate insights and recommendations
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
