Client Strategic Advisor (CSA)

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management or advisory roles
• Strong understanding of IT vendor management
• Proven ability to manage budgets and purchasing processes
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with executives and teams
• Experience in coordinating emergency IT issues
• Familiarity with change management processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Oakwood Village and the IT vendor, Parasol
• Attend and contribute to meetings as required by Oakwood
• Oversee daily and weekly management of open IT tickets and issues
• Lead steering committee meetings to drive project progress
• Manage approvals related to change management
• Provide relevant information to executives for informed decision-making
• Collaborate with project management teams on status updates and decision points
• Coordinate emergency IT issues and ensure timely resolution
• Oversee Oakwood's IT budget and purchasing activities
• Facilitate Oakwood's quarterly PSOW process
