Key Responsibilities

  • Client Reporting product management. Build and maintain client reporting templates and portal views. Help drive the Client Reporting offering roadmap, in close partnership with Advisory, Family Office, Investments, Compliance, and Enterprise Platforms
  • Client Reporting servicing. Execute monthly and quarterly client reporting process cycles. Provide client reporting support to Wealth Advisors and Client Service Specialists.
  • Client Reporting data management. Operate reporting data workflows and feeds underlying client reports, in close partnership with the Platform and Data Ops team. Monitor critical elements such as security master, allocations, and performance returns.
  • Quality Assurance. Perform data and reporting quality control to ensure reporting and data integrity.

 

Qualifications

This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Ohio or Washington, depending on final position location. The pay range for this position is $70,400-$100,000. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
