Client Relationship Manager (CRM) - Hyperscaler, Data Center & AI InfrastructureLocation: San Francisco, CA (Onsite / Hybrid)Level: Associate DirectorAbout the RoleCognizant is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (Associate Director level) to support account growth for the Leading Hyperscaler with focus on Data Centers and AI infrastructure. The role serves as a day-to-day Client-facing partner, managing stakeholder relationships, driving account expansion, and coordinating cross-functional teams to strengthen Cognizant's strategic position within the Client Account Portfolio.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, proactively identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and driving initiatives that align with both client goals and our organizational objectives.

In this role, you will:- Serve as primary relationship lead for assigned client stakeholders, building trusted advisor status
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities across Data Center and AI infrastructure workstreams
- Partner with delivery, sales, and practice teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract performance
- Lead RFP/RFx pursuits, proposal development, and pricing discussions
- Track account health, escalate risks, and drive resolution of delivery or relationship issues
- Prepare and present executive-level account updates, QBRs, and growth roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal leadership on strategic account planning.
What you need to have to be considered- 10+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development within IT services
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise or Hyperscaler accounts; Google/Alphabet (Internal Reference only) or similar Hyperscaler experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Data Center and/or AI infrastructure environments
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of account growth
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
Certifications Required- None mandatory; relevant cloud/infrastructure certifications a plus

The annual base salary for this position is between $150,000 - $170,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
